Meet The Founder

Ngozi Renee Oputa

Let me introduce myself — I’m Ngozi Renée Oputa, and agriculture is part of what I have become .

Some of my earliest memories are rooted in the land — watching my father, an Agricultural Engineer, bring people together to solve real problems. He collaborated with visionaries like the late Emir of Keffi, Alhaji Muhammed Chinso Yamuna, and the late Minister Rilwanu Lukman to spark agricultural development in Keffi. As a child, I didn’t fully grasp the weight of those meetings, but I saw the values they planted: discipline, resourcefulness, sustainability, and vision.

Years later, I found myself managing my mother’s family’s 33-hectare oil palm plantation in Oteze Farm, Edo State. That wasn’t just a title I was in the thick of it, from harvest to logistics, moving palm oil through Benin, Uromi, and Owena. I got my hands dirty, learned the market, and experienced firsthand what it takes to move agriculture from idea to income. That grounding never left me.

Today, I have come full circle, returning to my agricultural roots to lead Beyond Agriculture Solutions, a key implementation partner in the revival of Nigeria’s CTG value chain under the Minister of State of Industry,Federal ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment. My track record of delivering on time, within budget, and above standard affirms my belief that effective management transcends sectors—and aligns perfectly with vision for a world-class, inclusive, and resilient Agricultural sector in Nigeria, -going beyond traditional farming to manage projects across the full agricultural value chain, from best agronomic practices and precision farming to post-harvest processing and market access.

Before I returned to my agricultural roots, I spent over 20 years delivering high-impact projects in industries as diverse as entertainment, infrastructure, energy, and aviation. I worked on powerhouse events like ThisDay Music Festival and Arise Fashion Week, managed infrastructure rollouts at Murtala Muhammed Airport, optimized supply chains for Heyden Petroleum, and coordinated systems for Arik Air and the Nigerian Ports Authority.

Across all of it, one thing has never changed: I build systems that work. I believe in structure, innovation, and excellence — whether I’m managing cotton ginneries, cassava processors, or fashion runways. My approach is always the same: understand the terrain, lead with clarity, and deliver with impact.

And through it all, I’ve stayed connected to community. Working with NFL athlete Amobi Okoye, I helped manage outreach for the Kick Off for Kids Foundation, because I believe that logistics and compassion can work hand in hand — just like tradition and technology can transform agriculture.

So yes — I’m an entrepreneur, a systems thinker, and a project manager. But more than anything, I’m a builder. Of farms. Of futures. Of systems that empower and last.

Agriculture isn’t just my business — it’s my heritage. It’s my purpose. And it’s the future I’m cultivating, one project at a time.
